I’m Grace. Mum of two boys, fat loss coach, and the person who will tell you the truth about getting your body back after babies.
For the last five years I’ve worked almost exclusively with mums who feel completely lost with fat loss after having kids. The women who used to feel confident in their bodies, but suddenly feel like nothing works anymore.
The truth is most of them aren’t lazy or unmotivated. They’re just overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice online…. and no wonder everyone feels confused.
Before becoming a coach I worked as a fashion buyer, so I know all too well the pressure to “look the part”. But it wasn’t until I had my first son in 2021 (mid-COVID chaos) that I really noticed how vague and unhelpful most fitness advice for mums actually was.
That experience is exactly why I created The Hot Mum Method.
Because inside every tired, frazzled mum is a hot AF woman waiting to come back out. And most of the time she doesn’t need another extreme plan or some magical new way of dieting that “fits mum life”.

This courses fortnightly focuses break down fat loss into its simplest (and easiest to follow) form.
Weeks 1–2: Nail Your Nutrition
We start with the basics: calories and tracking. For two weeks you’ll log everything you eat using the recommended apps from your welcome email. The goal is to understand your numbers. what a calorie deficit looks like, what maintenance feels like, and how to eat smart without overcomplicating meals.
Weeks 3–4: Boost Your Burn
Next, we focus on metabolism and movement. You’ll learn how to increase your daily activity in ways that actually matter, even on days you can’t get a workout in. This phase shows you that exercise alone isn’t the magic key — it’s your overall movement and habits that drive fat loss.
Weeks 5–6: Train With Purpose
Now it’s time to level up your workouts. We’ll shift from simply “doing the exercises” to training with real intent — making movements harder, focusing on form, and pushing for progression so you actually see tone, strength, and muscle definition.
Weeks 7–8: Mindset shifts
The last 2 weeks is about cementing what you have already been doing so well, building habits that last long-term, and changing your mindset. You are no longer ‘someone doing a fat loss course’ you are a HOT FUCKING MUM. It’s the final 2 week push to get the transformation of your dreams.
